MEET MICHELLE
When Michelle messaged me, she was telling me that she had to make a change… quick - she was really uncomfortable in her body.
She’d just finished uni and (like many of us at that stage), she’d been living her life - but she hadn’t seen the weight creeping on - she’d put on 12kg in a couple of years.
She looked in the mirror and didn’t recognise herself anymore. Michelle didn’t need another crash diet, she needed small manageable changes.

MEET CJ
CJ was 130kg when we started working together. His goal wasn’t to get ripped and count every gram of food he eats… it was to have enough energy to run around after his kids, and in the process show them what is possible when you put your mind to something.
I was totally brought into his goal. I designed him home workouts (with the equipment he had), simple meals him and his family actually enjoyed and helped him cut back on the booze too.
Results:
CJ’s now lost over 40kg and doesn’t just have enough energy to run around after his kids… he’s actually training for a full marathon.
What I’m most proud of, is that the whole time he never stepped foot in a gym once and inspired by him, his wife, Elaine, has also dropped 55kg - they;re kids now get tired before them!
MEET ALICE
The first thing I did with Alice (and all of my clients), was to sit down 1-on-1 and understand her goals. I could see how frustrated Alice was and how bad she wanted to have her ‘old body back’.
She was eating ‘clean’, training and getting comfortable tracking her food - but the scales weren’t moving and it’s because she was stuck in a burn-out cycle of under-eating and over-training - that isn;t sustainable.
In the first 2-months I adjusted her food (by increasing her calories), rebuilt her a sustainable training plan and most importantly taught her how to listen to her body and give it what it needs.
Results:
She hit all of her goals. Her weight dropped. Her strength increased. And…
For the first time in years she actually saw changes in the mirror and said to me:
“Gerard, I finally wore a tight dress and felt confident enough for photos”
It’s never about working harder, it’s always about working smarter.

MEET CAM
Cam’s physical health was massively impacting mental health. He was avoiding mirrors and was stuck in a loop of self-hate about his body. He struggled to understand what foods were good and bad for his body.
I knew exactly what Cam was going through (I’ve been there), and if that’s where you are right now - this might help.
Results:
Cam lost 21kg of fat - and as his body improved his mental health did too.
Did he train and eat perfectly every day? Hell no. But you don’t need to.

MEET SIONNA
When we first started our journey together, Sionna would sit in the gym car park for 20-minutes mustering up the courage to workout. And sometimes, it would just be too overwhelming.
A lot of her stress came from not knowing what to do in the gym. So the first thing I designed for her was a simple plan, with no complicated gym machinery.
And on the side, I put her in a calorie deficit - that she was still able to satisfy her cravings in.
Results:
She’s used her new found confidence for many things:
To drop 8kg of fat
To run her first half marathon
Swim her first Busselton Swim (a famous swimming event here in Australia)
Take up boxing
