INGREDIENTS

  • 1 egg
  • Low-fat milk
  • Cinnamon
  • Maple syrup
  • Blueberries
  • Butter
  • Whole grain bread

Directions

STEP 01

Beat the egg in a bowl, add milk and cinnamon, and mix. Heat up a pan and add butter.

STEP 02

Dip the bread in the egg mixture, letting the excess drip off before placing it in the pan. Cook each side until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.

STEP 03

Serve with strawberries, blueberries, and maple syrup on top.
