I’ve struggled to control my weight and fitness levels for years, through a mixture of bad eating habits and laziness I was never able to get the mix right. That was before I took on the 30 Day Challenge with Bodymajic, by eating right and training hard I was able to achieve results that exceeded all expectations.

The food plan, whilst initially daunting, ended up being extremely easy to follow. It focused on simple, easy to make meals that never lacked in the taste department.

I remember my first 30 minute training session just prior to my 30 dayer, I thought I was going to die and had no idea how I was going to get through 30 x 1 hour sessions. However, Madj is passionate about what he does and through both his support and him pushing me to my limits I was able to complete all sessions throughout the month. As a result not only did I lose 10kgs but dramatically increased my fitness levels.

I couldn’t speak highly enough of Maj as trainer, he is fully invested in the progress of his clients and took as much joy out of my success’s as I did.

Since finishing the 30 day challenge I have continued to train with Madj once a week, thanks to him I am continuing on the journey to becoming healthier.


I have been attending personal training with Gerard for over two years now. Since starting personal training, I have lost a total of 10 kilos in weight by doing a guided 30 day challenge. Since doing this with Gerard’s assistance, I have slimmed down from a dress size 16 to a dress size 12.

I have always been impressed by Gerard’s professionalism and commitment to my weight loss and fitness aspirations. I am now confident, fit, healthier, I sleep better and I now make more informed food choices.

Gerard has also done some personal training with my 2 children aged 7 and 11. Gerard has an easy going nature that my kids really relate well to and they enjoy having fitness sessions with him. Training with Gerard was an awesome experience. My goal was to put on lean muscle and drop some extra body fat over a one month period.

I was aiming to take my training to the next level and after discussion with Gerry I was confident that this would happen. He was able to plan and tailor workout sessions and also my meal plan to these needs and at the end I finished up with some serious results.

I learnt a lot about my body, diet and training and it has helped me get into good habits which I now implement in my life. Gerry is a highly dedicated, knowledgeable and enthusiastic personal trainer and I would recommend him to anyone willing to work hard and achieve great results. Thanks mate!


I started Bodymajic after hearing about the famous 30-day challenge. At the beginning, the challenge was super tough, but looking back it has been the best decision I’ve ever made! Not only was I able to lose a couple of kilos, but I gained more confidence in myself and became so much more comfortable in my own skin. That is something I can never thank Gerard enough for!

Gerard is the best PT you’ll ever find. He is the most encouraging, enthusiastic and empowering person, who cares for each client like a friend. There is never a dull moment in any session! He meets you at whatever skill level you are at and never makes you feel silly or uncomfortable when trying new things.

One of my favourite things about going to Bodymajic is the community Gerard has created. It is like a little family where everyone feels included, and everyone talks to everyone! Each session is different and always so much fun, and there is no other place in the world where you’ll find that many Hi 5’s being thrown around.

I’ve been round the block and tried a tonne of other gyms and programs, but I always end up coming back to Bodymajic. It has now been nearly two years since starting with Gerard, and I have loved every minute of it! I have made so many new friends and have a whole new lifestyle where I love getting out and being active, while still being able to enjoy myself every weekend!


Extremely tough workouts with maj, he pushes you to your limits and knows how to get the best out of you.
